I’m a certified Hypnotherapist, NLP Practitioner, and Master 5-PATH Hypnotist dedicated to helping people create deep, lasting change by working at the subconscious level. After earning my Psychology degree from Washington State University and spending 7+ years in high-performance software sales, I followed a deeper calling into transformational work.
Today, I guide clients through structured, proven systems for emotional healing and behavioral breakthroughs. Outside of sessions, you’ll find me cold plunging, training jiujitsu, meditating, or exploring new corners of the world.

Each time you go into hypnosis, it tends to get deeper and more effective. The 5-PATH® method is designed to be a 5-session process that completes a full loop of transformation. Most clients start noticing deep powerful shifts after the second session.
Hypnotherapy is actually more effective over zoom. There is increased comfortability when you can lay down in your own bed or safe space. That comfort helps you go deeper, faster.
I live what I teach. You don’t want to go to a hypnotist who’s smoking outside the office or stuck in the same patterns they’re trying to help you break. You want someone who’s done the inner work physically, emotionally, and mentally. That’s the standard I hold for myself and the work I guide clients through.
